  • Return books, unopened CDs, cassettes, VHS tapes, DVDs, all textbooks, prints & posters  in their original condition.
  • Include your original invoice or packing slip.

• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
• If you return items from order with free gift, you MUST also return the free gift. If you fail to return the gift the retail price of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
